William H. "Bill" Maddox, Jr. of Cuba, Missouri was born on June 1, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of William H. and Alpha (Pryor) Maddox, Sr. He left from this life at his home on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the age of 67 years.
Bill served in the United States Army Reserves and was a member of Faith Chapel. Prior to his retirement, he was the manager of Hocker Oil in Cuba. He also had worked at St. James Winery and Super 8 Motel. He enjoyed playing computer games, hunting, fishing, spoiling his fur babies and spending time with his family and friends.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents William H. and Alpha (Pryor) Maddox, Sr. one brother Jerry O'Dell.
Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving fiancé Lois Brush of the home; four children William H. and wife Tanja Maddox, III of Grants Pass, Oregon, Quentin and wife Tiffany Maddox, Rosa Brush, Sara and husband William Tindall all of Cuba, Missouri; eight grandchildren Christina, William, Kayden, Austin, Colin, Michael, Ryan and Khylie; two sisters Diane and husband Bud Fouty of Salem, Missouri, Elaine and husband Ken Mallory of Oxnard, California; three brothers Richard and wife Robbin Maddox of Fredeica, Delaware, Jimmy O'dell of Graham, Texas, Jimmy O'Dell of Graham, Texas; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of friends.
In keeping with his wishes, Bill was cremated.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020 11:00 a.m. at Boss Cemetery 1573 MO-32 Boss, Missouri.
