William "Bill" A. Mcintosh

July 3, 1927 — June 21, 2021

William A. “Bill” McIntosh of Rolla, Missouri was born on July 3, 1927, in Cuba, Missouri to the union of Wilson and Effie (Monda) McIntosh. He passed away early Monday morning, June 21, 2021, at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 93 years.

Bill met Betty Reichenbach and she became a fall bride on October 21, 1961 in Cuba, Missouri.

Bill honorably served his country in the United States Army Air Corp during WWII. He was a self-employed carpenter and he would later be the handyman at Fox Springs Lodge. He enjoyed woodworking, making crafts and being an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Most of all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents Wilson and Effie (Monda) McIntosh; wife Betty M. (Reichenbach) McIntosh; infant daughter Lora Kay McIntosh; brothers and sisters David and wife Mabel “Sis” McIntosh, Gene and wife Marilyn McIntosh, Helen and husband Tom Brennan, Juanita and husband Raymond Hughes, Walter and Shirley McIntosh, Jerry McIntosh.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his two children Michael Scott McIntosh of Rolla, Cheri and husband John Stevens of Rolla; six grandchildren Rebecca McIntosh, Brittany Farmer of St. Louis, Brock and wife Loree Jones of Olathe, Kansas, Jordan Stevens and fiancé Kyle Lea of Blue Springs, Taylor Stevens and Allie Stevens both of Rolla; two great-grandchildren Kinley and Sutton Farmer; one brother Dale and wife Pat McIntosh of Cuba; one sister-in-law Lorraine McIntosh of Palatine, Illinois; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, 11:00 a.m. Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Mace, officiating.

Interment with full military honors will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
