Willard Campbell

Willard D. Campbell of Town & Country, Missouri formerly of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of William and Virginia (Buckner) Campbell on March 8, 1927 in Strafford, Missouri and left from this life on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Mari de Villa Retirement Center in Town & Country, Missouri at the age of 85. Willard retired as Vice President of Fleming Manufacturing Company after many years of dedicated service. He honorably served his Country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Willard is preceded in death by his parents William and Virginia (Buckner) Campbell; two wives Louise (Vitali) Campbell and Almeda (Howdeshell) Campbell; one son Keith Campbell; one grandson SSGT William Christopher Campbell; two brothers Delmar and Leonard Campbell; three sisters Ethel Poyner, Edna "Madge" Coble and Mittie Ford. Those surviving are his seven children Willard and wife Jerrilyn Campbell of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Anita and husband Ron Fritzmeyer of Villa Ridge, Missouri, Bruce and wife Patti Campbell of Cuba, Missouri, Carla and husband Jimm Metzler of Stephenville, Texas, Marty and wife Terri Campbell of Union, Missouri, Mary Kay and husband Fred Wiesehan of Town & Country, Missouri, Lindel and wife Paula Campbell of Victoria, Canada; one sister Grace Arnois; one brother Leranzo and wife Nelia Campbell; two brothers-in-law Joe and wife Mary Jane Vitali, Jim and wife Peggy Vitali; nineteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Private family services were held on Monday, November 12, 2012 at Meramec Hills Cemetery in Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Campbell family.
