Wanda Faye Hodges

Wanda Faye Hodges of Cuba formerly of St. Clair, Missouri was born to the union of Homer A. and Ava K. (Kaiser) Stevens on May 18, 1938 in Calcord, Oklahoma and left from this life on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Cuba Manor at the age of 77. Wanda worked for Pyramid Home Care for several years. She enjoyed going to yard sales, watching horror movies on TV and being on the go at all times. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents Homer A. and Ava K. (Kaiser) Stevens; husband Leonard Hodges; one son Lancer Hodges; one grandson Brian Lorenz. Those who are left to treasure her memory and continue her legacy are her five children Linda McKinney Morley, Missouri, Kathy and husband Tony Coleman of Leasburg, Missouri, Tina and husband Johnny Patterson of Sullivan, Missouri, Steve and wife Sandra Hodges of Cuba, Missouri, Randy Hodges of Cuba, Missouri; one sister Virta Roskowske of St. James, Missouri; two brothers Wayne and wife Gwen Stevens of Lonedell, Missouri, Richard and wife Charlotte Stevens of St. Clair, Missouri; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and many friends. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 2:00 p.m. at the Cuba Free Will Baptist Church 707 Myrtle, Cuba, Missouri, with Pastor Don Martin, officiating. Inurnment will be held at the Anaconda Cemetery, St. Clair, Missouri. If desired, memorials would be appreciated to the American Red Cross. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Hodges family.
