Rose Jane Pasch of Cuba, Missouri was born on Friday, May 28, 1937 in Cuba, Missouri to the union of William C. “Bill” and Mabel (Golden) Shockley. She left from this life peacefully on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan at the age of 84 years.
Rose Jane was united in marriage to Wm. Glen Pasch on March 20, 1954 at the First Baptist Church in Cuba. To this union one daughter was born Vicky.
Rose Jane was the owner/operator of Rose’s Dog Grooming for over forty-five years. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Cuba. She loved riding her horses, taking care of her beautiful flowers and yard, going antiquing, shopping and collecting jewelry.
Rose Jane is preceded in death by her parents William C. “Bill” Shockley and Mabel (Golden) Shockley; step-mother’s Marie Shockley and Ann Shockley; husband Wm. Glen Pasch; two brothers John “Mickey” and wife Eleanora Shockley, James “Jim” Shockley; one infant sister Juanita Shockley; one sister-in-law Gladys and husband Johnny Harmon.
Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving daughter Vicky and husband Gary Killeen; two granddaughters Dawn and husband James McInnis, Molly and husband T.J. Maxwell all of Cuba; six great-grandchildren Isabella and Lincoln Kamler, Lane and Charli McInnis, Harper and Harlow Maxwell; one sister Ruth and husband John McQuaide of Houston, Texas; two sisters-in-law Betsy Shockley and Eva June Pasch both of Cuba; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Moore, officiating.
Interment will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
Honored to be serving as pallbearers are T.J. Maxwell, James McInnis, Lane McInnis, Lincoln Kamler, Doug Shockley and Glen Shockley.
