Robert William Farris

Robert William Farris of Cuba, Missouri was born September 7, 1940 at Sullivan, Missouri to the union of William Farris and Georgia (nee: Enloe) Farris and left from this life on Friday, November 17, 2006 at Columbia, Missouri at the age of 66 years 2 months and 10 days. Bob was a well known business man for many years. He loved Nascar, country music, family and friends. Bob was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, step father, step grandfather and step great grandfather, brother, brother in law, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his father William Farris, one sister Marilyn Sue, grandparents John and Mary Enloe and Thomas and Rosa Farris. He is survived by his wife Dinah Farris of Cuba, Missouri, his mother Georgia Farris of Sullivan, Missouri, two brothers James and wife Rickie Farris of Eureka, Missouri and Bill and wife Rhonda Farris of Sullivan, Missouri, two daughters Tammy Treece and Melissa and husband Brian Unruh of Okeenfe, Oklahoma, four grandchildren; Sara and Amy Treece and Rebecca and Wesley Unruh of Okeenfe, Oklahoma, four step children Peggy Schaefer of Cuba, Missouri, Michael and wife Kathryn Craft of Rogersville, Missouri, Laurie Craft of Cuba, Missouri and Terry Craft of Cuba, Missouri, three step grandchildren; A very special granddaughter Melissa Craft of the home, A.J. Craft of Rogersville, Missouri, Ashley Gorzik of Palms Spring, California, one step great grandson Adam Gorzik of Palms Springs, California, uncle Frank Farris, aunt Delores Willig, nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephew, great great nephews and a host of friends who loved him. Visitation Monday, November 20th from 4 to 8 PM at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba. Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, November 21st at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba with Pastor Woody Martin officiating. Go Rest High on that Mountain, Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art and Rock of Ages is the special music for the service. Burial at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
