Robert Lowell Krewson Jr.

Robert Lowell Krewson, Jr. of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Robert L. and Sadie L. (Roso) Krewson, Sr. on June 25, 1941 in Rosati, Missouri. He left from this life on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Cuba Manor at the age of 76 years. Lowell owned and operated L & L Standard in Cuba for several years. He would later relocate to St. James and operate Krewson Conoco. He was known in the area for his mechanical ability and rebuilding carburetors was a specialty. Lowell enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, St. Louis Cardinals, watching the Game Show Network and his favorite beverage was a cold Stag. He will truly be missed, by all who knew and loved him. Lowell is preceded in death by his parents Robert L. and Sadie L. (Roso) Krewson, Sr. his former wife Harriett Immekus; one brother-in-law John Happel. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his three daughters Loretta Lynne Krewson and companion Barry White of Rolla, Missouri, Debbie and husband Randy Hayes of Columbia, Missouri, Amy and husband Eugene Blake of Rolla, Missouri; two brothers and three sisters James W. and wife Donna Krewson of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Loetta and husband Larry Gould of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Lorraine Happel of Cuba, Missouri, Loree Ryan of Springfield, Missouri, Leroy Krewson of Cuba, Missouri; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 11:00 a.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Lesa Mizell, officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. If desired, memorials would be appreciated to the Cuba Senior Center 206 N. Smith St. Cuba, Missouri 65453. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Krewson family.
