Robert L. “Bob” Larson of Cuba, Missouri was born on Monday, December 11, 1939, in Colfax, Wisconsin to the union of Ernest and Beryl (Mittelstadt) Larson. He left from this life peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Friday, January 6, 2023, at the age of 83.
Bob was united in marriage to Pamela (Petty) Farmer on October 6, 1984, in Creve Coeur, Missouri. They would raise three children together Jeffrey, Michael and Hollie.
Bob was a graduate of Memorial High School Class of 1958, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
He was the former owner of Larson Siding and Remodeling Company and retired as the Maintenance Manager from Associated Equipment in St. Louis. In his younger years, Bob was a stock car driver for Menard’s, driving car #26. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, where he was a Trustee and Elder. Bob was known to always help others with fixing things.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Beryl (Mittelstadt) Larson; brother Larry Larson; son-in-law James Hicks, Jr.; grandson Timothy Ray Duboise.
Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving wife Pamela (Petty) Larson of Cuba; three children Jeffrey “Scott” (Jessica) Farmer of Ballwin, Michael Farmer of Troy, Hollie Hicks of Troy; grandchildren Alex Stewart, James Hicks, III, Autumn Hicks, Kierstyn Fay and Thomas Fay; great-granddaughter Zoey Bolinao; sister Marie Bennett of Hudson, Wisconsin; precious fur babies Rosie and Bud; cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friend of many.
In keeping with his wishes, Bob will be cremated.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 730 Fleenor Rd. Cuba, Missouri.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Joe Ed Pederson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Paul's Lutheran Church 730 Fleenor Rd. Cuba, Missouri 65453.
