Rita Jean Gray of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, May 7, 1968 in Cook County, Illinois to the union of Raymond N. Gray, Sr. and Willie Jean (England) Gray. She left from this life suddenly on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at her daughters home at the age of 53.
Rita was a Masking Engineer for Aero Metal Finishing in Fenton. She enjoyed 5D paintings, crafting, baking, canning, gardening, goats and chickens. She loved spending time with her children and being the best NaNa to her grandchildren.
Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her seven children Steve (Deanna) Bozinovich of Chicago, Illinois, Heather (Ronnie) Mace of Cuba, Amanda (Jason Gossage) Eaton of Steelville, Ronald (Marlita Sleeper) Ullrich of Oak Harbor, Washington, Samantha Ullrich of Cuba, Andrew (Jessica) Ullrich of Cuba, Shawn (Ashley) Ullrich of Cuba; parents Raymond N. (Marilyn) Gray, Sr. of Licking, Willie Jean (England) Gray of Park Hills; eight siblings Raymond (Missy) Gray, Jr. of Oak Lawn, Illinois, Rachel (Bamm) Haegele of Park Hills, Ronnie (Melissa) Gray of Lexington, Tennessee, Rosanna Hemby of Poplar Bluff, Michelle Gray of Rolla, Steven Gray of Rolla, Roy Patterson of Venice, Florida; fur baby Bear; twenty-two grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.
In keeping with her wishes, Rita will be cremated following the visitation.
If desired, memorials would be appreciated to any Animal Rescue Sanctuary of your choice.
