Randy Craig Petty of St. James, Missouri was born on July 17, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri and left from this life on Friday, November 23, 2007 in Cuba, Missouri at the age of 51 years 4 months and 6 days. Randy worked in the Carpentry Field prior to becoming disabled. In his younger years he played baseball, bowled and enjoyed a game of pool. He more recently enjoyed fishing. Randy was preceded in death by his father Clarence E. Petty and his grandparents. Those who are left to cherish his memory is his mother Dorothy M. and step-father Kent C. Kimbrel of Cuba, Missouri; two daughters Amy Lynn Young of St. Charles, Missouri and Nicole Marie Clark of Pensacola, Florida; one sister Pamela Sue and husband Robert Larson of Cuba, Missouri; one step-brother Richard and wife Karen Kimbrel of Oak Hill, Missouri; three step-sisters Deborah and husband Bill Harmon of Cuba, Missouri, Sharon and husband Reggie Gillispi of Pontotoc, Mississippi and Barbara Wilhelm of DeSoto, Missouri; one grandson Demitris; aunts and uncles Robert and wife Diane Fahr of St. Charles, Missouri, Mitzi and husband James Petty of Cuba, Missouri, Harvey Petty of Warrenton, Missouri and Dorothy Wurtz of St. Charles, Missouri; one niece Hollie and husband James Hicks of Sullivan, Missouri; two nephews Michael Farmer of St. Charles, Missouri and Jeffrey Farmer of Arnold, Missouri; great nieces and great nephews. Visitation: Monday, November 26, 2007 1-4 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral: Monday, November 26, 2007 4:00 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Schanbacher officiating. Interment: Private, Kinder Cemetery. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Petty family.
