Noel Dudley Hulsey of Cuba, Missouri was born on March 29, 1947 in Hannibal, Missouri to the union of Noel G. and Mildred L. (Roney) Hulsey. He left from this life, with his family by his side on Friday, March 4, 2022 at his home at the age of 74.
Noel honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1965 – 1967, during the Vietnam War. He worked as a machinist for over forty plus years in several machine shops, he became disabled in 2004 and ended his career at Von Weiss & Company.
Noel loved to build and ride motorcycles, as well as rebuilding big boat engines and running them at the Lake of the Ozarks. He enjoyed deer hunting and target shooting. He also had a passion for music. Listening to music all day. In his later years, he cherished the comfort of home and spoiling his cats Rebel, Treasure, Marble, Elvis, and Elvira.
Noel is preceded in death by his parents Noel G. and Mildred L. (Roney) Hulsey; two brothers Bertrand and Gordon Hulsey; his beloved fur baby Elvira.
Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his three children Michelle and husband Javier Leos, Bryan and wife Niki Hulsey, Eric Hulsey and friend Christina Adair; former wife and friend Diane Hulsey all of Cuba; ten grandchildren Brittany, Dustin, Paco, Aleah, Aiden, Aubrey, Brandon, Cailyn, Preston and Daniel; two great-grandchildren Charlee and Landen; one niece Christine Wilson; several cousins and many friends.
In keeping with his wishes, Noel will be cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date.
