Nancy Jo Archer

Nancy Jo Archer of Cuba, Missouri was born on March 6, 1937 in Santa Monica, California and left from this life on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Meramec Nursing Center in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 79. Nancy worked several years as the Director of the Tri County Humane Society in St. James, Missouri. She loved traveling and taking care of animals, especially her horses and dogs. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents John Thomas and Katherine G. (Lillingston) Green; husband, of fifty nine years, John William Archer; two children John Thomas "J.T." Archer and Teresa "Terry" Archer. Those who are left to mourn her passing are her sister Barb and husband Dex Laske of Phoenix, Arizona; one niece and two great-nieces and many friends. Inurnment will be at Ft. Leonard Wood State Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Archer family.
