Michael Wayne Duncan, Jr.

Michael Wayne Duncan, Jr., of Cuba, Missouri was born Saturday, June 24, 1978 at Rolla, Missouri to the union of DeVonne and Michael W. Duncan, Sr. and left from this life on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at the age of 31 years. Michael was united in marriage to Angel Marie Sinnett and he was the very proud father of four children Trystan, Alex, Michael W. (III) and Starr. Michael郢邀邙s favorite job was working as a dry waller, for which he did several years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Mike had a big heart and was always willing to help others. He enjoyed music, his knives and native items that he collected. What he enjoyed most was being dad and spending time with his family and friends. Michael was a loving son, brother, husband, dad, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, son-in-law, grandson-in-law, brother-in-law and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Michael is preceded in death by his father Michael Wayne Duncan, Sr., grandma Betty McCormick, step grandmother Marie Duncan and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to cherish his memory and to continue his legacy is his wife Angel Marie Duncan and four children Trystan and Alex of Buckhorn, MO, Michael III and Starr Duncan of Cuba, mother DeVonne and husband George Frye of Enid, OK, brothers and sisters; Shawn and wife Catherine Duncan of Enid, OK, Christy and husband Michael Marcolla of Eldon, MO, Wendy and husband David Spurgeon of Springfield, MO, James Ousley of the US Army, Ashley Ousley of Cuba, MO, Shawn and wife Laura Frye of Stillwater, OK, Mark and wife Kelly Frye and Travis Frye all of Enid, OK, grandparents Harold and Mae Robertson and Alvin Duncan all of Rolla, MO, aunts and uncles Tammy and Larry Walker of Irmo, SC, Sam Robertson of Springfield, MO, Everett Duncan of Rolla, MO, Robin Duncan of Springfield, MO and Alvin and Linda Frye of Enid, OK, father-in-law Allen Sinnett of Nebraska, mother-in-law Sheila Volner of Cuba, grandparents-in-law Lillian and Bill DeLyle, grandmother-in-law Helen Mansfield of Cuba, sister-in-laws Lisa Workman, Emma and Blake Sinnett all of the Nebraska, brother-in-laws Ross Sinnett of California and Alex Sinnett of Nebraska, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, January 8, 2010 from 4 till 7 pm at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, January 9, 2009 at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba with Pastor Terry Mahurin officiating. Special music will be "Long Haired Country Boy", "Long Black Train", "My Wish", "If Today Was Your Last Day" and "Simple Man". Honored to be serving as pall bearers are David Spurgeon, Mike Marcolla, Christopher Leake, Anthony Young, Harold Wilkerson and Jay Ousley. Interment will follow at the Pea Ridge Cemetery, Doolittle, Missouri Memorial contributions may be made to the Duncan family in care of the funeral home.
