Michael E. Kruse

Michael E. Kruse of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Hans Edward and Louisa (Hume) Kruse on January 6, 1942 in Rolla, Missouri and left from this life on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 68. Mike was united marriage to Patricia A. Keeney on February 29, 1964 in Bourbon, Missouri and to this union two daughters were born Stephanie and Megan. Mike was a Truck Driver during his working years and finished his career with Erb Equipment Company. He Honorably served his Country in U.S. Navy from 1960 - 1964. He was a member of the Saddle Club and he enjoyed horses, cattle, hunting and spending time on his farm. Mike is preceded in death by his parents Hans Edward and Louisa (Hume) Kruse; father-in-law Orville Keeney. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his wife Patricia A. (Keeney) Kruse of the home; two daughters Stephanie and husband Spencer Thomson of Liberty, Missouri , Megan and husband Delbert Hampton of Fulton, Missouri; four grandchildren Lauren, Benjamin, Mattie and Hunter; one brother Frederick and wife Janet Kruse of Cuba, Missouri; three sisters Karen and husband Ernie Higgins of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Ann Kruse of St. Louis, Missouri, Christine Kruse of Bourbon, Missouri; mother-in-law Maxine Keeney of Cuba, Missouri; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends. Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service 12:00 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home of Cuba with Rev. James Finder, officiating.
