Mary Elizabeth Fey of Cuba, Missouri was born Wednesday, June 14, 1939 at Ste. Genevieve, Missouri to the union of Austin and Alvena (nee: Roth) Morice and left from this life on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 71 years 2 months and 27 days. Mary was united in marriage to Kenneth William Fey September 5, 1945 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in St. Louis, Missouri. They are the proud parents of Joe, Kelly, Kurt and Mike. Mary retired in 1996 after 25 years of dedicated service as a manager for Food Service of America. She was the Rock of her family and enjoyed spending time with them. In her spare time and especially after retiring she has enjoyed fishing, gambling, reading, scrap booking, four wheeling, computer games, garage sales, auctions, shopping, crossword puzzles, jig saw puzzles and every Christmas Eve. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Austin and Alvena (Roth) Morice; one great-grandson Drake Fey and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving husband of 51 years Kenneth W. Fey of Cuba; four children Joe Fey of Cuba, Kelly and husband Everett Uhl of Cuba, Kurt é¢ééBudé¢éé and wife Missy Fey of Barnhart, Missouri and Mike and wife Tammie Fey of Cuba; nine grandchildren Joseph Fey, Kasse Fey, Shannon and husband Chad Caron, Michael Uhl and girlfriend Lindsey Verble, Christy Fey and fiancéé© Darren Clifford, Ashley Barbey and friend Marissa, Jennifer and husband Daniel Garbo, Michael Fey, Tara and husband Nick Weber; nine great grandchildren Cameron, Skylar, Naythan, Courtney, Mya, Jadelyn, Blaze, Jackson, Hunter; special aunt of Gary and wife Jacqueline Fortune of Marthasville, Missouri; great aunt of Evan J., Conor B. and Haley Fortune; our dear aunt, great aunt and friend of many. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 from 3-8 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Memorial service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba with Pastor Don Bahr officiating. Special music will be "What a Wonderful Life" and "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain". Memorials would be appreciated to charity of ones choice. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Fey family.
