Lisa F. (Whitman) Cunningham

Lisa Faye (Whitman) Cunningham of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, January 12, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of James Daniel and Dorothy (Cook) Whitman. She left from this life, with her family by her side on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 57.

Lisa was a caretaker and housekeeper for others, she enjoyed being able to take care of people. She loved to play a game of dice, yard sales, resale shopping, singing karaoke and spoiling her grandchildren.

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents James D. “Danny” and Dorothy (Cook) Whitman; longtime companion Bradley Taylor; one brother James D. “Sammy” Whitman, Jr.

Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her three children Joseph Cunningham of Fulton, Monique Wigger of Cuba, Natasha House and companion Brett Snodgrass of Sullivan; thirteen grandchildren Katlyn, Madisyn, Brooklyn S., Savannah, Ryan, C.J., Landan, Brooklyn H., Vayda, Dakota, Saydie, Carter and Lillian; two great-grandchildren Bradley and Baylon; three sisters Teresa and husband James Switzer of Cuba, Melissa and husband Scott Blunt of Steelville, Michelle Whitman of Arizona; one brother Tim and wife Deb Whitman of Greenfield, Indiana; fur baby Little Bit; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Gene Rauls, officiating.

In keeping with her wishes, Lisa will be cremated following the funeral service.
