Lila Karen Tindall

Lila Karen Tindall of Cuba, Missouri was born Friday, March 3, 1961 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Paul and Corrine (Nee: Conaway) Tindall and left from this life on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 51 years. Karen spent her life taking care of her family. She enjoyed singing, family barbecues, calling people on the phone, playing games on the computer, gardening, flowers and trips to Branson to see the shows but what she always enjoyed was spoiling her children and grandchildren. Karen was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Karen is preceded in death by her father Paul Tindall, one brother Roger Tindall, grandmother Isabell Schmidt, grandparents Percy and Lena May Tindall, uncles Howard, Paul and Clyde Conaway, William "Bill", Percy Jr and Alvin Tindall and aunts Alva Callahan, Edna Ballard, and Sharon Schmidt and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving children; Dewayne Elliott of Boonville, Missouri, Rachael Payne (Cory Throop) of Cuba, Josh Elliott of Oklahoma and Kenny Mathis of Cuba, grandchildren Michael Gonzalez, Preston Simpson, Katelyn Payne, Emma Payne and Whitnee Throop who is on the way, mother and best friend Corrine Tindall of Cuba, three brothers Paul Douglas and wife Kimberly Tindall of Steelville, Flint and wife Lisa Tindall of Cuba and Clint and wife Pam Tindall of Villa Ridge, sister-in-law Laura Tindall, uncle Roman Conaway of Porterville, CA, aunt Lorraine and husband Bob Bridges of Villa Ridge, aunt Josephine and husband Orbie Wheeler of St. Louis, aunt Margie Cook of St. Louis, uncle James Schmidt of Cuba, aunt Ann and husband Jim Davis of St. Louis, uncle Raymond Schmidt of St. Louis and aunt Beatrice and husband JR Hawkin of Covington, Tennessee and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 5 till 8 pm at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington, Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service 11 AM Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Sullivan Family Worship Center, 1388 S Service Road, Sullivan, Missouri 63080 with Pastor Duncan Skiles officiating. Interment and prayers to follow at the Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving Karen's family.
