Kimiko Lambert of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Yasohach and Momono Iketani on February 17, 1929 in Yokohama, Japan and she left from this life on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Cuba Manor at the age of 89 years. Kimiko Iketani was united in marriage to Leonard Lambert on November 19, 1957 in Yokohama, Japan and to this union two children were born Kenneth and Patricia. Kimiko was a homemaker, she enjoyed taking care of her home and sewing. She was a member of the SGI-USA Ozark Chapter in Rolla. Kimiko is preceded in death by her parents Yasohach and Momono Iketani; husband Leonard Lambert. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her two children Kenneth Lambert of Washington, Missouri and Patricia Wagner of Clarksville, Tennessee; three grandchildren Mat, Hana and Akane; one sister-in-law Nadine O'Dell of Indianapolis, Indiana; special friends Harumi Wakisaka and husband Tom Krolak of St. James, Missouri and the entire staff of Cuba Manor. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 3:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with SGI-USA Ozark Chapter Leaders, Georgie Trotter and Mark Fisher, officiating. As per her wishes, Kimiko will be cremated following the visitation and funeral service. Her urn will be interred at Ft. Leonard Wood State Veterans Cemetery, Waynesville, Missouri on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Lambert family.
