Kevin Paul Killeen of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Paul E. and Barbara A.(Caldwell) Killeen on September 11, 1956 in Rolla, Missouri and left from this life suddenly on Thursday, January 17, 2008 in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 51 years 4 months and 6 days. Kevin was united in marriage to Sandy O'Leary on September 8, 1979 in St. James, Missouri and to this union two children were born Matt and Mandy. Kevin was a driver for I-44 Express Trucking Company and attended Amazing Grace Fellowship Church of Cuba. In his spare time he enjoyed Motorcycles, Corvettes, NASCAR Racing, old time Rock-n-Roll but what he enjoyed most in life was his family. Kevin never met a stranger and was friends with everyone. He had a magnetic personality and was a great story teller, although his stories usually would include his opinion and his own sense of humor. His garage at home, was always open to friends to bring their motorcycles for adjustments, repairs and friendship. He will truely be missed by all who knew and loved him. Kevin is preceded in death by his father Paul E. Killeen; grandparents Joseph and Mabel Killeen; Max and Julia Caldwell. Those who are left to cherish his memory and to continue his legacy is his wife Sandy Killeen; one son Matt Killeen; one daughter Mandy Killeen; mother Barbara A. Killeen; three brothers Kenny and wife Carleen Killeen, Gary and wife Vicky Killeen, Roger and wife Madeleine Killeen; two darling grandchildren Kyle Killeen and Ayden Lorenz; father & mother-in-law Louis "Bud" and Mary O'Leary all of Cuba, Missouri; two sister-in-laws Connie and husband Ron Henschen of New Melle, Missouri and Barbara and husband Gary Pate of O'Fallon, Missouri; aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation: Sunday, January 20, 2008 5-9 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral: Monday, January 21, 2008 11:00 a.m. at Britton Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Mace and Rev. James Finder, officiating. Interment: Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to Crawford County Historical Society 308 N. Smith St. Cuba, Missouri 65453. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Killeen family.
