Juanita Mae Weber of Cuba, Missouri was born Sunday, December 11, 1927 at St. Clair, Missouri to the union of Albert H. and Josephine (Nee: Jones) Sohn and left from this life on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Cuba, Missouri at the age of 81 years 8 months and 19 days. Juanita was united in marriage to Harold Weber at St. Clair, Missouri on November 23, 1944 and to this union six children were born Wanda, Connie, Larry, Jerry, Terry and Christa. Juanita worked for the Cuba Shoe Factory in her younger years, but she spent most of her life raising her children, spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren and taking care of everyone who needed her help. In her spare time she raised a beautiful garden and canned every summer. Her flower gardens were always beautiful and she was the greatest cook of all. Juanita was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, niece, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Harold Weber, parents Albert and Josephine Sohn and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy is her children Wanda L. and husband Jack Hite of Springfield, Missouri, Connie M., Jerry D. and Terry J. Weber of Cuba, Missouri and Christa D. Evanoff of Columbia, Missouri, four sisters Opal Kamper, Irene Weber, Selma Gullett and Elsie Unnerstall all of St. Clair, Missouri, one brother Allen Sutterfield of California, aunt Margaret Kroeter of Union, Missouri, eleven grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2009 from 5 till 8 pm at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Funeral service will be 11 am Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Special music will be é¢ééAmazing Graceé¢éé, é¢ééWhen We All Get to Heavené¢éé, é¢ééIn the Gardené¢éé and é¢ééHow Great Thou Arté¢éé. Interment will follow at the Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union, Missouri. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Weber family.
