Joyce K. Deardeuff of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of John W. and Louise M. (Gruver) Copling on Sunday, July 6, 1952 in Cuba, Missouri and left from this life on Sunday, March 1, 2009 in Cuba, Missouri at the age of 56 years 7 months and 26 days. Joyce was an Accountant having served the community for many years. She was involved with many Charitable Organizations, River Valley Rod & Custom Car Club of Cuba, Historical reenactments and making jewelry she was also a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church. But what was most important to her was looking after her family, neighbors and friends. Her positive outlook and smile will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Joyce is preceded in death by her father John W. Copling and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to cherish her memory and to continue her legacy are her husband Phinis H. Deardeuff; two step-daughters Sheila Deardeuff of Illinois and Cheri Viramontes of Cuba; mother Louise M. (Gruver) and husband Bill Lause of Cuba; one brother John and wife Tammy Copling of Cuba; three sisters Judy Gunn of High Ridge, Karen and husband Mike Garrison of Cuba, Vicky and husband Allen Potter of High Ridge; mother-in-law Leona Sutton of St. James; sister-in-law Ella Hughes of Salem, three brother-in-laws Carl and wife Nancy Deardeuff of Cuba, Sherman and wife Covenly Deardeuff of Ashland, Cecil and wife Shirley Deardeuff of St. James; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation: Tuesday, March 3, 2009 5-8 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral: Wednesday, March 4, 2009 11:00 a.m. at Britton Funeral Home with Pastor Allen Teal officiating. Interment: Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. Memorials: Charity of Donors Choice.
