Joyce Ann Hudson

Joyce Ann Hudson of St. Peters, Missouri formerly of St. Ann, Missouri was born November 11, 1956 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Robert Nelson Hudson Jr. and Marcella Fortado Hudson and left from this life on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 55 years. Joyce was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents Nelson Jr. and Marcella Hudson, one sister Susan Hudson Williams and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her four loving children Heather Pearson, Mindy Pearson, Vanessa McBurnett and Bradley McBurnett, five grandchildren Calvin, Clayton, Walter, Vincent and Sydney, two sisters Patricia Hudson Brewer and Janice Hudson Weaver, two brothers Robert Nelson Hudson and David William Hudson, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. In keeping with Joyce's wishes, private graveside services were held at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri with Father James Finder officiating. A memorial mass will be held at a later date. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to serve Joyce's family.
