Joseph Harvey Stubblefield

Joseph Harvey "Joe" Stubblefield of Cuba, Missouri was born Sunday, August 15, 1954 at Rolla, Missouri to the union of Clarence Harvey and Bertha Mae (nee: Durbin) Stubblefield. Joe left from this life on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 64 years.

Joe was united in marriage to Glenda Eaton on November 8, 1975 at the First Baptist Church of Steelville. They are the proud parents of one son; Mark.

Joe was a forty-three member of the Labor's International Union of North America Local 110. He retired as a laborer of the Union in 1997. He loved working with concrete and was very talented

In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, great uncle, great-great uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend of many. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence Harvey and Bertha Mae Stubblefield, brothers-in-law Johnny Eaton, Paul Myers and Kenny Pyatt, sister-in-law Bertha Taber and other relatives and friends.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and continue his legacy is his loving wife of forty-three years Glenda Stubblefield of the home, one son Mark Stubblefield of Cuba, one brother Ralph and wife Connie Stubblefield of Fire Stone, Colorado, sisters-in-law; Helen Pyatt of Owensville, Mary and husband Claude Pyatt of Cuba, Maxine Myers of Cuba and Peg and husband Junior Callahan of Steelville, brothers-in-law; Gerald and wife Susie Eaton of Cuba, Lloyd and wife Carol Eaton of Cuba and David and wife Angie Eaton of Cuba, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington Street, Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Mizell Funeral Home. Special recorded music will be "If Tomorrow Never Comes". "Picture of Me" and "I'll Fly Away".

Interment and prayers will follow at the Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the family.

The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving Joe's family.
