Jesse Will Rogers of Lake of the Ozarks formerly of Rolla was born on August 26, 1987 in Columbia, Missouri and left from this life suddenly on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri at the age of 27. Jesse was a Painter for Barklage Painting Company at Lake of the Ozarks. He was a craftsman and an artist. He enjoyed being with his friends and was always the funny one in the group. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his parents Thomas E. (Anita) Rogers of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Rebecca and husband M.C. Roster (nee: Martin) of Rolla, Missouri; one son Trustin Rogers of Rolla, Missouri; two brothers Thomas J. and Dan Rogers of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two sisters Melissa Rogers of Summersville, Missouri, Fawna Nicewaner of Plato, Texas; step-brother Curtis Nicewaner of Rolla, Missouri; four step-sisters Mikayla Mansfield of Cuba, Missouri, Kaitlyn Winkelmann of Springfield, Missouri, Kelsey and Kylie Winkelmann of Cuba, Missouri; Grandparents Herman and Etta Rogers (nee: Bridgeman) Rogers of Cuba, Missouri, Lola Shivers of Rolla, Missouri; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015 11:00 a.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Don Mitchell, officiating. Interment will follow at Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Mizell Funeral Home for funeral expenses. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Rogers family.
