James Wyatt Bridgeman

James Wyatt Bridgeman of Cuba, Missouri was born Sunday, June 28, 1964 at Santa Monica, California to the union of Haskell Bridgeman and Marrion (nee: Morris) Bridgeman and left from this life on Sunday, February 11, 2007 at Cuba, Missouri at the age of 42 years 7 months and 13 days. Jim was united in marriage to Vickie Hoke on June 2, 1983 at Cuba, Missouri. To this union three sons were born; Timothy, James and Joshua. Jim worked for seventeen years as a laborer for NB West Construction. He was a member of the Local Union 840. Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, horse back riding, barbecuing, fish fries, country and oldies rock and roll music, but most important to him was being grandpa and spending time with his family. Jim was a loving son, husband, father, grandpa, brother, brother in law, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend of many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Jim is preceded in death by one son; Timothy Bridgeman and a host of other relatives and friends. Those who survive to mourn his passing but to treasure a life lived is his loving wife Vickie of the home, two sons; James W. Bridgeman, II and Joshua L Bridgeman of Cuba, one daughter Crystal Hoke of St. James, one granddaughter Makaylah Henson of St. James, his father; Haskell and wife Linda Bridgeman and his mother Marrion Bridgeman, two brothers; Shawn and wife Jodi and Haac and wife Heather Bridgeman of Cuba, two sisters; Debi and husband Gary Underwood of High Gate and Theresa and husband Dale Eaton of Keysville, Missouri and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation Wednesday, February 14th from 4 to 8 PM at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba. Funeral Service 1 PM Thursday, February 15th at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba. Special music; Go Rest High on That Mountain and When I Get Were I Am Going. Family will be serving as pall bears. Burial will follow in the Bridgeman Family Cemetery, Cuba. Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Bridgeman Family.
