James Floyd Mcmillen

James Floyd McMillen of Belleville, Illinois, formerly of Cuba, Missouri was born Saturday, November 26, 1949 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Lawrence McMillen and Mary Nichols McMillen and left from this life on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Belleville Memorial, Belleville, Illinois at the age of 68 years. James worked at the Shelter Work Shop for a few years when he was younger before moving to St. James with his family. What he loved most was spending time with his mommy. James was a loving son, step brother, uncle and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his father Lawrence McMillen, mother Mary Collins, step father James Howard Collins and other family and friends. Those who are left to treasure his memory are his two step brothers Howard J. Collins of Jackson, Missouri and Harold James and wife Laura Collins of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and other family and friends. Graveside services were held at Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving James' family.
