Jack A. Milliano of Cuba, Missouri was born on October 14, 1935 at Perryville, Missouri to the union of Rawliegh Milliano and Alma (nee: Cissell) Milliano and left from this life on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at his home in Indian Hills at the age of 72 years and 10 days. Jack was united in marriage to Mary E. Gerber on December 6, 1958 at Perryville, Missouri and to this union three sons were born; Timothy, Michael and Anthony. Jack served in the United States Navy from 1955 till August of 1961. After the service Jack worked as a Tool & Die Maker for Gerber Tool and retired from Bachman (Plastic Molding Company) located in St. Louis as a Tool & Die Designer. Jack had been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 53 years. He received Knight of the Year for 2007. After retirement Jack and Mary moved to Indian Hills were Jack enjoyed fishing, relaxing, visiting with friends but what he enjoyed most in life was his loving wife, children and grandchildren. Jack was a loving son, husband, father, father in law, grandfather, brother, brother in law, uncle, great uncle, great great uncle, cousin and friend and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Jack is preceded in death by his parents Rawliegh and Alma Milliano and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to celebrate a life lived is his loving wife of nearly 49 years Mary Milliano of the home, three sons; Timothy Milliano, Michael and wife Shari Milliano all of Florissant, Missouri and Anthony and wife Lucy Milliano of Paducah, Kentucky, nine grandchildren; Timothy, Theresa, Christopher, Samantha, Joseph, Judy, Nicole, Gabrielle and Anthony, Jr., one sister Judy and husband Robert Gegg of Perryville, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation Sunday, October 28th from 3 till 8 PM at Britton Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service 9:30 AM Monday, October 29th from Britton Funeral Home, Cuba to Holy Cross Catholic Church (415 W. School St. Cuba, Missouri) for 10 AM Mass with Rev. James Finder as the Celebrant. Interment will held at Jefferson National Barracks Cemetery, following mass at 1 PM Monday, with full military honors. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Catholic School of Cuba in Jack's memory. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Milliano family.
