Helen M. Neff

Helen M. Neff was born Monday, February 19, 1923 at Sullivan, Missouri to the union of Earl and Effie Maddox and left from this life on Friday, August 1, 2008 at Bourbon, Missouri at the age of 85 years 5 months and 10 days. Helen was united in marriage Louis William Neff and to this union 8 children were born; Louis Wm. Jr., Harold, Wanda, Wilma, Dawn, Karen, Rita and Debra. Helen was a homemaker, spending many hours cooking, cleaning, caring for and loving her husband and children. Helen was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother in law, grandma, great grandma, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Helen is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Effie Maddox, her husband Louis William Neff, one infant son Louis Wm. Neff, Jr., one daughter Debra Rhoades and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory is her one son Harold Neff of Bourbon, five daughters Wanda Houseman of Cuba, Wilma Wymer of Edgar Springs, Missouri, Rita Parker and Dawn Hawkins of Sullivan and Karen Parker, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. All services were private and under the direction of Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Neff family.
