Geraldine W. "Gerry" Souders

Geraldine W. "Gerry" Souders of Cuba, Missouri born on September 13, 1925, in Cuba, Missouri to Edwin H. and Clara A. (Riske) Wilmesherr. She left this life on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Cuba Manor at the age of 98.

Gerry was united in marriage to Ezra W. Souders on February 21, 1946. Together they would share seventy-seven years of marriage.

Gerry was a homemaker, she loved taking care of her home and spending time with beloved Ez. She enjoyed refinishing furniture, crafts, traveling and taking flying lessons.

Gerry is preceded in death by her parents Edwin H. and Clara A. Wilmesherr; husband Ezra W. Souders; one sister Opal and husband Wendell H. Bell; two brothers-in-law Robert and wife Carol Souders, Curtis and wife Hope Souders.

Those who are left to treasure her memory are her special friends Susie and Steve Shaw of Cuba.

A private burial will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Bourbon Cemetery in Bourbon, Missouri.
