George William 'Bill' Treece

George William "Bill" Treece of Cuba, Missouri was born on January 18, 1938 in Cuba, Missouri to the union of Charles E. and Margaret M. (Smith) Treece and he left from this life on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Cuba Manor at the age of 78. Bill worked several years for St. Louis Die Cast Company, Central Hardware and later retiring from Von Hoffmann Book Bindery in Owensville. He was a member of Trinity Chapel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, farming and spending time with his family and friends. Bill is preceded in death by his parents Charles E. Treece and Margaret M. Treece-Connor; infant daughter Connie Marie; one brother Dale Treece; one brother-in-law Robert Ringeisen. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his wife Judy (Thoma) Treece; two children Greg Treece and Nancy Treece; three grandchildren Zach and wife Jessica Treece, Wade Treece, Ryan Bouse; one brother Don and wife Mickey Treece; one sister Jane Ringeisen; one sister-in-law Mary and husband Ed Rutz all of Cuba, Missouri: nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Mace, officiating Interment will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Treece family.
