Fredrick L. Walters of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Custer R. and Nadine E. (Blanton) Walters on December 19, 1947 at St. Louis, Missouri and left from this life on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Rolla, Missouri at the age of 61. Fred was a retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and watching wrestling. Fred is preceded in death by his father Custer R. Walters; one brother Robert Daniel Walters; one sister Marilyn Sue Weston and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his wife Judy Walters of the home; five children Eric Walters and friend Kimberly Kaub of Nixa, Missouri, Bonnie and husband Thomas Satterly of Nixa, Missouri, Sheila and husband Joe Hoyt of Springfield, Missouri, Cheryl and husband Gary Tidwell of Festus, Missouri, John and wife Samantha Heilig of Potosi, Missouri; mother Nadine E. (Blanton) Walters of Cuba, Missouri; brother Thomas Walters of Cuba, Missouri; eighteen grandchildren Chad, Zachary, Blake, Matthew, Jeremy, Joseph, Madison, Matt, Abby, Matt Garriet, Austin, Brandon, Christy, Destiny, Cody, Justin and Cruz; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 5-7 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Funeral will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 10:00 a.m. at Britton Funeral Home of Cuba. Interment will follow at Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, Missouri. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Walters family.
