Fred "David" Weston

Fred "David" Weston of Cuba, Missouri and formerly of Shipman, Illinois was born on June 21, 1976 in Wood River, Illinois to Fred Denny and Nancy J. (Earley) Weston. He left from this life surrounded by his family on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 43 years.

David was raised in Shipman, Illinois and worked at the Illinois Valley Rehabilitation Center in Jerseyville, Illinois for several years. He was a loving soul to everyone who knew him. He enjoyed police cars, ambulances, motorcycles and reading books, but most of all he loved Jesus and being with his family and friends.

David is preceded in death by his father Fred Denny; grandparents Ben and Letha Earley; one uncle Larry Earley; one aunt Judy Earley.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving mother Nancy J. Weston of Cuba, Missouri; two brothers Darin Weston of Shipman, Illinois, Troy and wife Sherry Weston of Vandalia, Illinois; four sisters Shannon and husband Jason Davis of Cuba, Missouri, Stormy Weston of Cuba, Missouri, Karen Dale of Wood River, Illinois, Judy Metheny of Wood River, Illinois; one sister-in-law Carrie Weston of Gillespie, Illinois; many nieces, nephews and cousins, who loved and adored him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 1-2 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 2:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.

If desired, memorials would be appreciated to Illinois Valley Rehabilitation Center 405 Mound St. Jerseyville, Illinois 62052.
