Frankie Diane Dickens of Cuba, Missouri was born on July 22, 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri. She left from this life at her home, surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the age of 60 years.


Frankie was united in marriage to Roger Dickens on July 1, 1987, in Cuba, Missouri.


Frankie was a homemaker. She was always on the go and enjoyed fishing and boating.


Frankie was preceded in death by her parents Eugene F. Hoeber and Freda J. Freeman; one sister Carol Hoeber; one brother-in-law Ronald and wife Cindy Dickens.


Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving husband Roger Dickens of Cuba; two children Tasha Nicole Dickens of Cuba, Justin Todd Dickens of Anchorage, Alaska; three sisters Janice Witthaus of Leasburg, Sharon Ellinger of Cuba, Marcella and husband Gene Niedbalski of Sullivan; one brother John and wife Christina Durbin, Jr. of Dixon; parents-in-law Paul and Geraldine Dickens of Cuba; one sister-in-law Julie and husband Tim Hale of Cuba; one uncle Fred and wife Joyce Freeman of Belle; four aunts Pam and husband Sam Ellis, Penny Breeding, Billie Hewlett and Paul Sheets all of St. Louis; cousins,  nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.


In keeping with her wishes, Frankie will be cremated. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
