Ella Jane 'Jean' Conway

Ella Jane "Jean" Conway of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Onest and Edna (Border) Storz on Friday, September 29, 1933 in Advance, Missouri and left from this life on Monday June 20, 2011 at her home at the age of 77 years 8 months and 22 days. Ella was united in marriage to Richard C. Conway on October 25, 1952 in Pocahontas, Arkansas and to this union three sons were born Mark, David and Richard. Ella retired from Rite Point Manufacturing Company in St. Louis, Missouri after many years of dedicated service. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and served as her boys Den Mother for Cub Scouts. She enjoyed taking care of her children, crocheting and making dolls. Ella is preceded in death by her Parents Onest and Edna (Border) Storz; husband Richard C. Conway; one sister Doris Phelan and other relatives. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her three sons Mark Conway and wife Karen who was "Devoted and loving just like a daughter" of Cuba, Missouri, David Conway and wife Rae Jean of Springfield, Missouri, Richard Conway, Jr. and wife Paula of Festus, Missouri; three grandchildren Capri Conway, Mark Conway, Jr. and Shera Conway; one brother Danny Storz and wife Rose of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one sister Wilma Monroe of Farmington, Missouri; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 5-8 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011 11:00 a.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Wittmaier, officiating. Interment will follow at Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is Honored to be serving the Conway family
