Dorothy May Sutton of Louisiana, Missouri formerly of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Charles Lauth, Sr. and Luella (Thomasee) Lauth on August 22, 1926 in St. Louis, Missouri and left from this life on Saturday, October 11, 2008 in Louisiana, Missouri at the age of 82 years 1 month and 20 days. Dorothy was united in marriage to David O. Sutton on June 26, 1975 in Overland, Missouri. Dorothy retired as a Machine Operator from Lincoln Manufacturing Company in St. Louis, Missouri. In her spare time she enjoyed playing BINGO, going to the Casino, crocheting, planting flowers and going camping. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Charles Lauth, Sr. and Luella (Thomasee) Lauth; three brothers Charles, James and Russell Sutton; one sister Marie Hassler. Those who are left to cherish her memory are her husband David O. Sutton, Sr. two sons David and his wife Alberta Sutton, Jr. of Louisiana, Missouri, Jeff Sutton of Orlando, Florida; two daughters Carol and husband Jack Kaiser of Kimberling City, Missouri, Jennie and husband Ron Ritter of Orlando, Florida; one brother Leroy Lauth of Ballwin, Missouri; two sister-in-laws Pat and husband Darrell Phillips of Cuba, Missouri and Nancy Doskocil of Cuba, Missouri; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation: Monday, October 13, 2008 5-8 p.m. at Britton Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral: Tuesday, October 14, 2008 10:00 a.m. at Britton Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Knight, officiating.. Interment: Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
