Donna Jean Lorraine

Donna J. Lorraine of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Edward and Margaret (Rigus) Bray on Thursday, October 7, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri. She left from this life on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Steelville Living Center at the age of 83 years.

Donna worked over the years for Brown Shoe Company, Steelville Country Club and L & J Package Liquor Store in Steelville. She was an avid reader and she enjoyed crossword puzzle books.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Margaret (Rigus) Bray; one son George Lorraine; one infant brother Gerald Bray.

Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her three children Toni Lafferty of Mansfield, Texas, Gerald "Jerry" Lorraine and Timothy (fiancé Stacy Young) Lorraine all of Cuba, Missouri; ten grandchildren Mathew and wife Lacey Lorraine, Mark and wife Jennifer Lorraine, Melissa Lorraine, Chelsey Heiskell, Grant Lorraine, Erron and husband Jeremy Frazer, Amy and husband Cary Goss, Adam McLain, Matthew Lorraine and Abigail Young; eleven great-grandchildren Gavin, Lance, Madden, Rilee, Coi, Vincent, Brodie, Colbee, Hunter, Jacob and Madison; nieces, nephews and a host of many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 11:00 a.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Beers, officiating.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
