Debbie Ann Godbey

Debbie Ann Godbey of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, May 11, 1971, in Rolla, Missouri to the union of Claude and Mary (Eaton) Pyatt. She left this life on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Phelps Health at the age of 52.

Debbie worked at Brown Shoe, Paramount and later for DCAI as a home aide, before becoming disabled. The last few months Debbie lived at Rolla Rehab and became friends with a lot of the employees. She was very funny and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed card games, word puzzles, coloring, shopping, collecting sunflowers, spending time with her family and listening to 80’s Rock-n-Roll, in which Def Leppard was her favorite band.

Debbie is preceded in death by her father Claude Pyatt.

Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her mother Mary (Eaton) Pyatt; sister Donna and husband Warren Graddy all of Cuba; three nieces Taylor and husband Josh Moskowitz, Alex Graddy all of Cuba, Kayla, and husband Derek Meyer of New Haven; one great-niece Remi Meyer and one great-nephew Lander Meyer; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Injoy Christian Fellowship 4780 N. Old Hwy. 66, Leasburg, Missouri.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, 12:00 p.m. at Injoy Christian Fellowship with Pastor Terry Hogan, officiating.
