Charles Frank Asplin of Sullivan, Missouri was born Thursday, August 25, 1927 in Sullivan, Missouri. He left from this life on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Cuba Manor at the age of 91 years.
Charles retired from Boeing, after many years of dedicated service. He would later work for the County of Mohave, Arizona. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3744 and Moose Lodge No. 1704 in Kingman, Arizona. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing and camping.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents Frank Asplin and Rachel (Stroup) Thatcher; wife Dorothy A. (Crow) Asplin; one son Charles Leroy Asplin, Sr.; one brother Leo Asplin; one sister Edith Harp.
Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his three children; William Roger and wife Brenda Asplin of Kingman, Arizona, Wayne Edward and wife Terry Asplin of Kingman, Arizona, Mary Renee Asplin of Sullivan, Missouri; eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
In keeping with his wishes, Charles was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
