Charles D. Ware of Cuba, Missouri was born on Monday, January 9, 1939 in Cuba, Missouri to the union of Jesse and Annie C. (Osborn) Ware. He left from this life on Monday, April 12, 2021 at his home at the age of 82 years.
Through the years, Charles worked as a Carpenter, Excavator, Hauler and a Cattle Farmer. He enjoyed being on the farm, gardening, hunting, collecting John Deere tractors, watching old western movies and he was an avid wrestling fan.
Charles is proceeded in death by his parents Jesse and Annie C. (Osborn) Ware; wife Mary Lee Ware; six brothers and their wives Floyd (Fern), Roy (Loree), Marvin, Edwin (Edith), Virgil (Helen) and Elmer Ware.
Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his four children Larry Ware, Sherry Ware, JoAnn Miles, Amey Ware and fiancé David Scantlin, all of Cuba; seven grandchildren Ashley and husband Nick Mesger, Mikayla Avery, Arthur and wife Cassie Kreienkamp, Kolleen Kreienkamp, Catherine Kreienkamp, Brianna Franchi and Brandon Franchi; two sisters-in-law Viola Ware of Cuba and Mary Lou Ware of Vienna; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 11:00 a.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Day, officiating.
Interment will follow at the Ware Family Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
If desired, memorials would be appreciated to the Crawford County 4-H Extension.
