Charlene Vaughan Mace Hell)

Charlene Vaughan Mace (nee: Hell) of Rolla, Missouri was born to the union of Charles H. and Neva F. (Vaughan) Hell on July 2, 1937 in St. James, Missouri and left from this life on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at the age of 72 years. Charlene was united in marriage to Lynn Mace in Lebanon, Missouri on August 20, 1955 and to this union three children were born: Gary, Susan and Charles. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband Lynn Mace; parents Charles and Neva Hell; one sister-in-law Norma Mace and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to celebrate her life are her two sons Pastor Gary and wife Sharon Mace of Cuba, Missouri, Charles and wife Jennifer Mace of Cincinnati, Ohio; one daughter Susan Mace of Rolla, Missouri; one sister Susan Kay and husband Don Jordan of Rolla, Missouri; one brother-in-law Carroll Mace of Rolla, Missouri; five grandchildren Eric Mace of Temecula, California, Brad Mace of Cuba, Missouri, Emily Jones of Rolla, Missouri, Katie and Caroline Mace of Cincinnati, Ohio; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Charlene was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed. Charlene requested that her body be donated to the St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. There will be a memorial service held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Amazing Grace Community Church in Cuba, Missouri with Pastor Gary Mace, officiating. Memorials may be made to Amazing Grace Community Church. The Britton Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Mace family.
