Betty Ruth Palmer of Cuba, Missouri was born on October 3, 1952 in Potosi, Missouri to the union of Hadley J. and Ellen M. (Price) Evans. She left from this life on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in St. James, Missouri at the age of 68 years.
Betty retired from Aspeq Holdings, after 22 years of dedicated service as an Electrical Assembler. She loved spoiling her children and grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed finding treasures at garage sales and spending time with her family and friends.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers and two sisters James Evans, Charles Evans, infants Bobby and Phillip Evans, Ruby Allen and Leona Missey; one brother-in-law Robert Palmer; one sister-in-law Beverly Dixon.
Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her husband Ronald Palmer of Cuba; four children Kenneth Lee and wife Loretta Connelly of St. James, Joshua Daniel Connelly of Vernal, Utah, Aaron James and wife Beth Connelly of Steelville, Elizabeth Ann and husband Kyle Harms of Cuba; eight grandchildren Kaydance Connelly, Grayson Harms, Amberlin, Chloe and Starlene, and Alison Connelly, Taylor Tracy and Stetsen Connelly; one sister Shirley and husband J.D. Boyer of Cadet, three brothers Claude and wife Bea Evans of Potosi, David Evans of Potosi, Hadley Steven Evans of Paducah, Kentucky; two brothers-in-law Fred and wife Linda Palmer of Leasburg, Marvin and wife Barbara Palmer of St. Petersburg, Florida; special friend Nancy Coleman of Potosi; nieces, nephews and many friends.
In keeping with her wishes, Betty was cremated.
Memorial Service for Betty (Evans) Palmer, will be held on Wednesday, May 19th at 3:00pm at the Bates Creek Baptist Church 10350 Bates Creek Church Rd (Located 5 miles on P Highway) in Potosi, MO. There will be a dinner following the service.
