Betty Carol Ziegler

Betty Carol Ziegler of Bourbon, Missouri was born Friday, June 30, 1961 at Columbia, Missouri and left from this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at her home in Bourbon at the age of 54 years. Carol, as she was known by all her family and friends, collected porcelain dolls, nick knacks and lots of other small items. Growing up Carol enjoyed spending time with her friends. The last few years Carol played bingo. Carol was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, cousin, niece and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Carol is preceded in death by her grandson Alister Beckett, father Alvin Beckett, sister Paulette Beckett, uncle John Beckett and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving mom Dixie Adair Beckett of Bourbon, son Lance and wife Melissa Beckett of Middletown, Ohio, brother Alan and wife Angie Beckett of Union, sister Michelle Beckett and friend Lance Weise of Bourbon, three nephews Miles Beckett, Devon Payne and Bryson Jones, aunt, uncles, cousins and many friends. In keeping with Carol's wishes she was cremated and a private inurnment will be held at a later date. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Beckett family.
