Anna Keeney

Anna Keeney (nee: Terranova) of Cuba, Missouri was born on September 27, 1931, in St. Louis, Missouri. She left from this life on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Anthology of Clayton View in Richmond Heights, Missouri at the age of 90.

Anna was united in marriage to Norman C. Keeney on June 16, 1950, in Pocahontas, Arkansas. To this union one son was born Scott.

Anna was a longtime parishioner of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She enjoyed taking care of her home, cooking, watching western movies, going to church and visiting with friends.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents Lena (Binigno) Kemper and Clyde Kemper; husband Norman C. Keeney; one son Scott Keeney; one sister Frances and husband Vincent Wiseman; one brother Joseph Terranova.

Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her grandson Clayton and wife Melissa Keeney of Brentwood; one great-grandson Emmett Kenney; daughter-in-law Christine Keeney of St. Louis; one sister-in-law Shirley Terranova of Florissant; one brother-in-law Jim and wife Pat Keeney of Sullivan; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church 415 W. School St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Dan Lueckenotte as the celebrant.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.

Everyone is invited to join the family at Holy Cross Parish Hall following the committal service at the cemetery.
