Obituary

Jimmie Lee Alan Little of Steelville, Missouri was born to the union of Jimmie Lee and Donna J. (Call) Little on February 1, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri. He left from this life, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his daughters home at the age of 60 years.

Jimmie was united in marriage to Regina Haynes on June 12, 1978 in St. Louis, Missouri and to this union two children were born Angela and Nicholas.

Jimmie honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was a Pipefitter with Local 562 in St. Louis for several years, before owning and operating Little Paving and Construction. He enjoyed fishing, building and fixing things, older model 70’s cars and playing baseball when he was younger. He loved spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren.

Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents Jimmie Lee Little and Donna J. (Call) Huguley.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving wife Regina (Haynes) Little; two children Angela Little and companion Kenneth Overshon, Nicholas Little and companion Margaret Labbie all of Steelville, Missouri; three grandchildren Emily, Jimmy and Ethan; one sister Kelley Ilaqua of Littleton, New Hampshire; one niece Kaitlyn Ilaqua; step-father Lee R. Huguley of O'Fallon, Missouri.

Jimmie’s body was gifted to Logan University in Chesterfield. His cremated remains will be interred at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at a later date.

The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Little family.

I remember him coming down in the summers to stay with Grandma in Marquand and we would all go fishing. I remember him talking about baseball a lot and him and grandma watching the cardinals.
